My research in 30 seconds
I am a physicist and Research Director at Mines Paris – PSL. I build and evaluate models to help inform decisions in energy and medical physics.
The thread connecting my work
I start from the phenomenon, the human question and the decision to inform. If the relation is known, I compute it directly; if a model is incomplete, I complement it; if a relation is missing, I measure what learning adds against an explicit reference. I add complexity only when its benefit is demonstrated. AI is one tool among others; method, verification and responsibility remain central.

One approach connects different fields: understand before you compute, then choose the tool that fits the question.
